Rachel S. Milman, Esq.

Ms. Milman obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. She focuses her law practice on advocacy for special needs children with their local school district and local regional center. She is a certified Regional Center Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator and a member of COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, CAPCA- California Association For Parent Child Advocacy and LAUSD Community Advisory Committee. She also co-founded a Facebook support group called IEP Mamas.

Olga B. Ginzburg, Esq.

Ms. Ginzburg obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2007. Her practice is devoted to family law, with a special interest in representing parents of neurodivergent children with special needs, including children with autism and autism spectrum diagnoses and ADHD. She is a Certified Regional Center Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator and a member of COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates. She also co-founded a Facebook support group called IEP Mamas.
